I helped myself with a new quest out of the creative menu. After I have read the paper, I got the quest. No problem at all.

If yes, you should use quotation marks around the whole UserDataFolder-pathname, like that:

But what about the logfile then, I don't know. Cause this specific parameter will be appended automatically by the launcher...

WTH! The mods section in your log is more than 1000 lines long. 😲
Wow, i've never seen that before.
And some of them are even from older game versions (A18, A19 etc.). They are most likely not compatible with A20 and will give you errors like you've mentioned above.
Don't forget to delete your mods folder, when reinstalling the game:
C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/7 Days To Die/7DaysToDie_Data/../Mods

No, not if you select "alpha19.6" in the dropdown.
Only for the "testing_trunk" (this is an internal tester version). The "alphaXX.X" versions are usually unlocked without a code.

In the german version they say 15Mbit/s and 25Mbit/s:

@murcks89 The flickering is looking for me like an antialias thing - play with the alias settings ingame, check if that changes something.
