When I take over a house of other building to use as home base, I like to go around the outside for a few blocks around and mow also,
like so many do..
the lower, under, second, stealth grass makes the ground feel much less flat, i.e. blah, or just painted..
gives some life to an otherwise matte landscaping..
i like it.

i ran through and did it the first time, and tried to start it again before turning the first one in..
It was on a19, which i don't think matters, and it was also SP.. so, i think this may also be a good possibility..
(was the big cathedral with all the book(shelves))

first A20 game i played, was like 2 weeks before getting a wrench...

This mod brings back challenge notes, which i never really liked much,
until i re-wrote some to be longer and reward 1 skill point.
Basically meant to be like bounty notes from the traders, the numberof kills for each is increased, and the rewards are the same.. except for the
addition of 1 skill point.
Also added 2 new notes - for the businessman and party girl

I made a modlet to repair weapons, tools and armor using Parts instead of repair kits.
(Iron tier still uses the repair kits because: iron ingot + duct tape makes sense.)

each part repairs up to 100 durability and takes 5 seconds
eg 1300hp auger uses up to 13 motor tool parts (rounds up)

my most favorite change is that when you are in a traders, you don't have to listen to that
incessant DING....DING....DING....DING... when Z's are beating on the walls outside....
unless that comes from a mod im using, but i dont think any of them do anything with the trader area...

that was the code in a19, they have different groups and containers now..
but i do remember commenting that line out once, and it was Books, Glorious Books...

right now - (steel)axe, stunner, impact, CC, m60, pump, pick/shovel, knife, FA bandage, coffee
shovel does just fine if surprised while digging, and impact driver is also fine if caught in mid brrr

I have my own qol modlet that I run, just some adjustments to make the game feel more comfortable to me..
(sp and kinda more casual).. along with a few of Khaines (slightly bigger backpack, hordes anywhere..)
Late in A19, like sometime in the last month or so, I changed repairing T3 items from the magic repair kits, to needing to use the appropriate parts.. So far I am really liking that,
and it is nice to have a use for them, apart from just box-fillers and trader-fodder..
also, i was pretty pleased to find that I only needed to make some very minor changes to it from 19 to 20..

I would say the biggest thing is the garbage bags everywhere..
I even went as far as to change the xml so that they auto-poof after looting them. (also boxes and little office waste bins, and a few others that use the same container ID)..
Cars/carts on the roads that I use frequently need to be removed, so i do..
Trees hanging over roads also get chopped.
none of these are really "illogical", though, more just OCD things.. at least the bags of trash part..

don't believe the hype..
farming is just fine in a20.
