  1. @DDancer Those objects blurrs because your vram is full or gpu failed to reach certain performance to run this mod at full quality. @KhaineGB i think when someone gets blurred objects then he should not turn off texture streaming, it might mean better textures but also loss of fps and mostly "Lag Spikes" that can make playing game very annoying. @ to everyone and @DDancer If you are looking for better perfomance solution (thus no blurring) then it lies in manually editing game video settings. With good tweaks you can go up from medium settings up to almost full ultra (only reflection off and if low vram textures half). I had no idea how shadow and grass distance really matters until i've used Geforce Experience from Nvidia drivers to optimize 7DtD (Nvidia has 7 Days to Die in their game boosting list). Settings you wish to tweak is "Shadow distance" and "Grass Distance". I have no idea if Geforce Experience is changing also game files thus modding a bit game, but if it isn't then just manually adjust your game settings without downloading it via regedit under : HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\The Fun Pimps\7 Days To Die So far i'm able to play instead low-medium at medium-ultra settings like these: To stay as close as it is possible nearby 60 fps with medium-end PC/Laptop and high video settings i suggest to overclock your GPU if it is GTX 1060 or other one with smiliar/lower perf just for playing this game and then reset clocks back to default. In my case i use MSI Afterburner since i have MSI computer (its always best to use your manufacturer software to be safe). MSI Geforce GTX 1060 3GB Laptop version, can be overclocked without any stability loss to Core Clock: ~ +50-60 MHz and Memory Clock up to +200 MHz (i prefer to not go over 150 MHz). You can see my settings here (about fan speed i set it extra safe to go 100% above 75 degrees of celsius) About Darkness Falls mod spec req i will drop a bit of info as most of mods do not write details like these. GPU you need atleast Geforce GTX 1060 to run at high-ultra settings. I have my GPU in PC desktop case but laptop version component, smaller and with only 3 GB vram so i needed half of texture size (using HDHQ 2K textures). RAM is really important because with high/ultra settings and half size of textures, game can easily take 10 GB of it and maybe more if you do something big inside game. Recommended: Dual Channel DDR4 atleast 16 GB SSD a lot better than playing 7DtD on HDD, if you do not have it yet i suggest getting it for your OS and important games. Can greatly reduce any lag spikes. CPU isn't needed ultra strong in this game, i'm using Intel i5-7400 and i've never reached its 100% usage with this game or any value near 100%.
  2. @Dark33 i think you need to craft bowl? to get sap, something other than water bottle. @KhaineGB Probably found secret you left? or something that should not generate in world, i'm trying to scrap everything and i found on roof (tier 2 mission) near tent with radiation suit zombies something that changed after wrench hit into "Test Weapon Loot" full of guns and weapons. I wanted to take something but i had feeling i would be cheating, is it bug or it supposed to be here? i have no idea if i should take some guns from it :/
  3. It looks like even more zombies in config sometimes make them stop coming so i was running outside fort like you said @KhaineGB and found another problem. I was pretty sure that i could survive so i moved a bit far from fort and when i came back i noticed zombies started spawning inside it near my claim block... When i was far away i noticed them spawning almost on my fort wall, didn't expect them to spawn even inside. Any idea how to make them do not spawn inside my trader fort? Also i found another AI bug, DF Night Stalker is like hornet completly ignored by NPC AI.
  4. @KhaineGB Found one bug about NPC AI, it looks that they do not see hornets as enemies. They ignore them and i think they can be killed by them or atleast damaged by accident. Is there any way to heal trader guards? About zombie hordes not coming wave after wave on 7 day i've looked around and found only 1 case of zombie digging behind tree 1 block deep and getting stuck. I think it has something with game internal refresh/communication not working correctly and resulting in not spawning zombies. During Blood Moon restarting game fixes that problem & water & food levels changes also so i'm sure something inside game engine is full of bugs. I have few questions: 1. is it possible to enable zombies to be able to destroy rocks & trees? (just in case i was wrong) 2. is it possible to add additional checkpoints like if bloodmoon = 1 and zombies wave is alive longer than 180 seconds without dying then spawn new one?
  5. Thanks, i had no idea about this bug. Added more zombies in game settings (and config file) coming at same time and they really must have been stuck somewhere since they started coming wave after wave. I guess only good solution is to remove all trees and rocks and hills to help them attack my base
  6. Hi Any idea if i choosen wrong mod? Is "Darkness Falls They mostly come out at night" made to be easy? I'm playing at 90 min per day setting and on 7 day horde i was so disappointed in game that lost almost any feel to still play it. Well i already had fully fortifed trader fort with defenses done and prepared for atleast horde of zombies. So far what i got was scary night theme and maybe 8 or few more weak zombies that came. Mostly npcs on wall got them dead, nothing damaged and night was left with no zombies coming after first wave. Not sure if i should cheat and increase manually game stage (no point in doing it if i get only harder zombies and same amount of current ones) or change settings for 7 day horde to be bigger?
  7. Hi First i want to say that i really like WotW mod, it feels more like vanilla 7 Days to Die should look. So i registered here on forum since i got some questions that i cannot find answer to (sorry for any grammar mistakes, my native language is Polish). My first question is about zombie spawning, i have no idea (i never went 60+ days in vanilla) if WotW mod changed something about this feature, but above 50 days i think zombies started spawning almost on top of my head. Sometimes they also spawn inside my very large base made in forest (they shouldn't be able to get inside yet they spawn like it is forest ground (i used flagstone block as base)). When i was working on my base i suddenly changed my camera to my back position and i've seen zombie spawning just in front of me (he was floating just a bit in air before he reached ground level). This is very annyoing and doesn't feel to me like feature, but bug. Second one is about updating WotW mod because i'm still on 5.3.0 version (B48 i think it was), i've seen there was wipe required for later versions so i guess i can't update if i want to play on 5.3.0 savegame? (or wipe was only about ability to see world generation changes?)
