your report is incomplete.. no output log nor did you specify which build.
this is was supposed to have been fixed in a20b225 as per *Fixed: SDTD-16033 & SDTD-16034 hatches & vaults too loud.i can not repro this issue in my a20b231 build.
new exp is out which is a20b231. try it again with new map seed.

sorry turning off enemy spawns means just that. if a person is knowledgeable in xml they can turn them off that way or you could try in the mod section of forum to see if someone has a mod that does what you want.

sorry i cant repro this. i did a 6k and 8k map test and rally marker was present and worked at both, i tested in playtest mode just to be sure and of course it worked there.
you did not mention map size, sp or mp, p2p or dedi.
i do not see errors in the output log to point to this and i do see where you had at least one other player in game (yumstud) so presuming this is a dedi.
issue therefore could be in the dedi itself (dunno as its a guessing game without any 100% repro)
not saying this didnt happen but i cant report something if it cant be reprod.
for now i will place it in the can not repro section but if you get a repro please add it here.
SAME goes for others with the "me too" (we need 100% repro steps if we are to try to get it fixed)

3. my editor has the rally marker where it has always been (at the rear). (i provide a usable screen shot)
4. xml (usually) has the rally location way at the bottom as is in the file as expected.<property class="Rally"> <property name="0" value="34, 4, 54" /> </property>

that 1 meter hill is a norm for tfp in many pois.. sometimes it is in there and sometimes it is not. for whatever reason that i dont remember, they prefer them that way.
