  3. NPC crafters are still duping items they use to work with. The other day my friends Farmer caused Cornmeal and Water to stack higher than their values allow. Our Animals aren't Breeding, but I think they are dying less now that we've removed them to one trough. We're trying to harvest them more to see if that will prompt them to breed, but we're so scared of killing them as we have no way of seeing their hp at this time. We still have no access to bee stuff (not even in the creative menu). The Browning gun still dups and replaces the item on your belt if you use the scroll wheel while using the gun. We noticed that when you plant fruit trees, they go down like normal, a few spaces apart, but we found that if you wait until they are full grown and fruited, you can plant a new one right next to the old one. After a few growth cycles you can literally plant a solid wall of trees that you can't walk through. Are the mininukes supposed to sometimes explode when you try to pick them up? Also, Dayum that goat is so angry..
  4. Yeah I noticed that too, a lot of the information seems a15 relevant, and not so much a16, Except the new stuff. One of the devs will prolly go in at some point and fix everything (we could hope) since they know how everything works. Also, from my experience with the survivors, my fridge needed to be within 5 blocks of them, and they would dump finished products in ANY box within 5 blocks of them. For them to work, they needed all their materials in the same box, and that box needed to be within 5 blocks. But when they were done, they would just shove it in any box they could reach, even through walls. We were having to constantly clean up our boxes because of this.
  5. Control weather settings. Type "help weather" in the console for more info. Example of one of the commands: press F1 type weather rain 0 type weather clouds 0 This will give you a rain free sunny sky. As for the bee sting, sometimes i've had to eat 2 or 3 pain killer before it goes away. -------------------- PS, why is the Lettuce called "Salad" ?
  6. Still dont have any access to Bee stuff on our MP server. --- Also, my friends keep talking about quests they got on logging in that gives them kill X amount of zombies with a certain weapon, and ive not gotten any of those.

  8. No, I'm talking about the RED zone. The burnt forest is radioactive yes, but beyond the burnt forest is solid RED on the map. This area, on normal maps, kills players, and is fairly empty when it comes to objects and stuff. But on Starvation the RED zone actually has stuff in it. Most of the area is based on the grasslands so it will be empty nothingness with a few prefabs and maybe a city, but then there are areas based on the Wastedlands so there will be dead trees, car frames, and all the other stuff i mentioned. The Red zone is basically "the edge of the map" designed to to keep players confined to a set portion of the map. But in starvation, with the exosuit, you can go into this area and do stuff. This part of the map kinda goes on forever, most of it is nothingness tho. Other then the wastedland potions of the red zone, no ground clutter is rendered, no trees, grass, bags of trash w/e. The only thing that renders is the prefabs and what ever blocks belong to those. Here's what I'm talking about.. The burnt forest is pretty much how it was on the normal map, a whole lot of burnt stuff. just ruined buildings, tanks, monsters, barrels and mushrooms... The Red zone is pretty much the same, except there are lots of mininukes, ammobags and exobags in the red zone. In this picture, there are about 20 exobags that we've found in just that explored area. These things are ONLY in the wasted parts tho. The grasslands parts are just barren.
  9. In the RED zone there are tons of tanks and hazmat trucks (the trucks spawn doctors, nurses, and hazmat zeds). Exobags, Ammo Bags, Mininukes. Plus Giant Hyenas, Rad Scorpions, Rad Spider, Rad Boss, Rad Grey Wights, Zombie Bears. ---------- Stipulation, you will only find these in areas that are WASTEDLANDS that are in the RED Zone. Other areas are basically just grasslands and they will pretty much only have random prefabs (and if you are lucky cities). Keep exploring the RED zone, you will eventually find the populated areas. You'll know it because you'll see trees, car frames, and stuff typically found in WASTEDLANDS. Beware the spider, it takes like 40+ Depleted Rounds to kill it. That is a vanilla bug. Sometimes the bags roll down the hill, or sink into the ground 1 block. If you go back to where you bag is supposed to be (as long as the icon is still there) run the LE (list entities) command, and if your bag is there, it should show up on the list.
  10. I'm saying there is no "bee" items period. Not that we cant craft. No beehive, no bee suit parts, nothing.. our MP server is updated to 32, but we have none of the new items related to bees. ---- also, been trying to figure out this socketing system, I see on the wiki If any gem is consumed, you will be informed but you wont be told what it did. If no warning messages appear it means your gem is doing something. --- How do we know what the gems do, if it doesnt tell us what happens?
  11. the RSS feed on the launcher doesn't work for me, so i cant read the patch notes there. also --- I cant find the bee stuff in my menus, or the creative menu, and our server has been updated to the recent patch,.

  13. my animals wont breed, damn prudes. From the Wiki: Each tamed animal has its own individual stats. For this first version, I consider feed level and loyalty. -----------------How do we check the stats of farm animals? A well feed animal will have higher chance of breeding successfully. -----------------We keep at least 500 feed in the trough, would having more than one trough cause them to not eat and die? Like they keep looking in one that might be empty? The same way, a more loyal animal will also breed better. -----------------How do we check this? Every tamed animal can be harvested. If you use the correct harvesting tool on the correct animal, you will be able to harvest him without killing it. Harvesting success is based on your husbandry skill. If you fail a harvest action, you will hurt the animal. If you fail enough times, you will KILL the animal. -----------------Can we get a hitpoint mouse over when holding said tool so we know if were about to kill them? can they be healed? By default all animals look for troughs for food, and eat hayBale. -----------------Haybales on the ground, or do they need to be placed in the trough? do they need water access? does it need to be in the trough, or in the environment??

  15. Things seems to be going fairly normal from what i can tell, except the "crafter has no inventory" errors. Crafters will have food, will have materials to work with, and a job to do, but will just stop working and stand there. Then that error will start scrolling every 30 seconds. We haven't yet been able to figure out why this happens. all we've been able to do is just kill that worker to get the error to stop. if we put a new one in, the error will start scrollings again. if we wait a few real days, we can get a new worker to work without the errors for a while.

  17. Sorry, We run Coppi MOD, that must be what altered the commands. Yes, you can use player names but if they have spaces it doesnt work, thats when you need their ID. you have to spawn him outside the complex because it wont let you spawn him inside it (at least ive never been able to) the default commands are here: https://7daystodie.gamepedia.com/Command_Console So sorry. Sure the game room was a little disappointing, but it's still fun. I mean, the cost of the game is way higher than anything we've won yet, but it's still something fun to do when we're bored, or after visiting the trader. We had to use the command console to teleport it under the world. You also might be able to use the kill command too. Do LE to find it's ID, then Kill BearsID .... it might work. The keywords in her post were "I think when it says "solid" it is referring to the Ground underneath the "Blocks" that you are placing the door in." so, you need Terra Ferma > your blocks > door. If im reading this right.
  18. Traders are closed between 21:55 and 6:05. If they should be open and they are not, the trader may have glitched and died. this happens sometimes on our vanilla MP servers, when there is an LCB in the same chunk as the trader. (chunks are lik 500x500 areas.) There is a temporary fix for the traders. YOU WILL NEED ADMIN POWERS first option just reset the trader, this one doesnt always work: open the command console with f1 and type in: traderarea this should boot anyone out of the trader complex, it will close the doors and should reset the trader for the next morning. If that does not work you can do the following steps: 1. Stand about 10 blocks away from the trader compound, open the command console and type in: se yourscreenname(or id) 89 Example: se purgatorywolf 89 SE is Spawn entity, and 89 is the code for Trader Hugh. Joel is 85, Rekt 86, Bob 87, Jim 88 use whichever you want. if you have a space in your name you will need to use your game id. if you dont know you game ID use the LE (list entities) command to see your id. 2. Next you will do LE to get the newly spawned traders ID. 3. sink into the ground with god mode enter the complex and type: Telee tradersid yourname example: Telee 850396 purgatorywolf this will teleport the trader to you. You have to sink into the ground with no more then your chest above ground or you will be teleported out of the complex. Once the trader is teleported to you, you can walk around in the complex freely, and place him where ever you need to put him. ---- note: if you are unable to sink into the ground / dont have permissions for it, you can just teleport him into the complex: Telee traderid coords example: Telee 594039 -2460 90 4860 this would put the trader at 2460 West, 4860 north, and 90 blocks above bedrock. you can do a /loc to get quick co-ords for where you are standing and adjust them as needed to teleport him. You will not be able to enter the complex until the trader is inside. once you have him inside the walls, you shouldnt get teleported out anymore. 4. once you have the trader where you need him, use the consol and type: traderarea I find doing this last step helps to lock him into place. when i forget to do this last step, the trader tends to bug out sooner then when I dont'. -------- Hope this helps.

  20. unless they changed something recently the only station you can turn barrels into cans right now is in the moonshine.
  21. I noticed this problem in the chem bench and medical stations as well. crafting should halt when output is full, but it keeps going and the product vanishes.... also the canned food maker has no output window, if you walk away while it works, its all gone.
