There was a bug with LCBs where some people would have to hit the "Defaults" button on the new game screen (don't have to actually create the game, just hitting the button will do) and it would change the LCB setting from 1 to 3. And if you go back into your other save game it *should* let you have more than 1 active LCB

If you have admin rights, you can enable DM and hit f8 twice, they added something now that lists the last 10 heat events with coordinates of the source, hopefully that can help you narrow down what exactly is causing all those screamers
The names might not be right though, as I noticed dew collectors and workstations are considered "campfires"

It feels like there's a big misconception then, because I'll often come across info or people saying that the scream is what triggers the spawns.
Even the wiki says "Effects Summons zombie hordes with her screams"

Since A16 We have not used POI's to build bases in due to this, But for some reason (and I can't for the live of me remember from where) I think I read a devpost or something saying that LCB's should do that task now. After clearing out a Vanity tower I put down a LCB in the middle of it at (level 5 i think?), covering it all in the bounding box, (except the lower floors)
We left that town for a couple of weeks and returned to the tower. Loot had respawned, but no zombies had respawned inside (Except one soldier which might be a bug ?)This is why I'm so curious about the status of LCB's. On other POI-bases we tried building there's both a LCB and several bedrolls, but still occasionally a zombie spawns inside the area.
There is a bug right now where LCB/bed rolls dont prevent zombie respawns when they are supposed to

What about the AppData\Roaming\7DaysToDie\logs folder? Anything in that one now that you ran the game via the launcher?

Btw. loot respawn / junk reset is disabled.
Pretty sure that's a bug, you can put in a bug report using the red banner at the top. Or if you would rather someone else do that, I can submit one instead. I was able to get the same behavior by turning off the switch, leaving the building, relogging, and going back into the building.

One thing I like to do to get easy dukes, is repair anything before selling them back to the trader (value decreases as durability decreases). Also if you have a bunch of mods you don't use and want to sell to the trader, it's worth a lot more to put the mod(s) on the items you're selling than to sell the mod separately. I always look for the most expensive equipment/tool/weapon that I'm about to sell and put as many useless mods that I have on them to increase it's value.

Regarding Physician perk, I don't see much use in it if you aren't also planning on perking into stun batons. While it's nice that you can instantly cure sprains or heal broken limbs faster, you can also negate those debuffs with steroids. At some point you'll already have a good stockpile of medicine that finding plaster casts/steroids is not a problem.
Oh and I'm not sure if it was mentioned in your other thread, there is an item you can buy from the trader called the forgetting elixir that allows you to reset and redistribute the points. I think it's like 6k dukes? So if you find that there are some points you put into for skills that you no longer use mid/late game, you can always drink that and use those points elsewhere. (For example I'll usually perk into melee weapons early on but as I start getting good guns and decent ammo, I'll reset and put those points somewhere else)
Regarding perks, I personally like explosives when working with the perception tree, mainly for blood moons because of the AOE benefits. I usually start with pipe bombs/molotovs and save explosive arrows or bolts for cops and eventually really late game I move onto grenade launcher (though grenade launcher ammo is pretty expensive to make so I only save those for demolishers)

edit: nevermind 🤣 think it has to do with how I'm doing quests in SP using debug commands, didn't know you can restart quests in SP when you relog.

There is the "ex-pimps" section of the credits to reflect past staff already (with their previous roles listed)

When they are on the main menu and hit F1 there should be a button "Open Logs Folder" to open the folder location of the logs -- is that location empty?
Only other place I could think to try, is there a player.log file under AppData\LocalLow\The Fun Pimps\7 Days To Die? (Assuming you're on windows)

Been playing on a dedi server in the latest experimental and have had air drops -- still at 12:00 every time. Sometimes two air drops at once (I think because there are a lot of players on)

Try the "Chain Link Fence POI Variant Helper"
Then go to the shapes menu of that by holding R and select "Chain Link Bottom Plain POI". That one should be rotate-able

Look at the block you want then hit f11 and look for "Name", in this case it's "chainlinkFenceBottomPlainPOI"
Then you can search that name in creative mode. If you can't find it, try clicking the dev blocks icon on the top left next to the hand icon

I've found that it works, but takes a lot of water buckets. So I'm assuming if your pool is very large, it may take many many many more buckets.

3x5 pool (not including border), took me 4 buckets to completely fill the first level, then 15 more for the second level. I'm guessing since it's 15 and my pool is 3x5, it's 1 bucket for each block it needs to fill when going past the first level

One exception I have found for this so far is if you are using timed charges to set off alarm, then it never spawns zombies. I had logged a bug for it before and they said it was intentional

Out of curiosity, what are your player block damage settings?
I've found that higher player block damage = vehicles do more damage to blocks = vehicles take more damage

Air drops are bugged in experimental A21.1 right now and do not spawn at all.

That would be due to a wandering horde, and not because of natural biome spawns. I dont think wandering hordes spawns are restricted by biome
