    Bug Description:

    Grease Monkey is supposed to increase repair kits effectiveness from 10% to 50%, but it actually increases effectiveness from 80% to 400%.

    Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:

    1) Spawn 4x4

    2) Drive over threes until durability drops below 50% (4000 or less)

    3) Check durability

    4) Repair 4x4

    5) Check how much durability was repaired (should be 1000)

    6) Raise perk Grease Monkey to level 1

    7) Repair 4x4

    8. Check how much durability was repaired

    Actual result: 1800

    Expected result: 1100

    This is working as intended.

    Repair Kit Base + (Vehicle Health * Perk Percent)

    Repair Kits base healing = 1000
    4x4 = 8000 HP
    Grease Monkey Level 1 = 10% of 4x4 health = 800

    1 kit + GM1 = 1800

    @schwanz9000Shouldn't the perk then say this, like "Increases effectiveness of repair kits on vehicles by 10% of vehicle health" ? Otherwise it is extremely misleading. Even if screen space is very limited, this is only a few more characters if at all.
