    Bug Description: https://imgur.com/a/Y8ajtkU

Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:

    1) Setting FSR to on any settings replicates the bug

    2) When setting FSR to on the game background goes dim

    3) Upon exiting the menu and trying to move I am unable to move at all. I have a quest marker that will move across the screen but the window stays frozen in one position

Actual result: (When I set FSR to on the game window goes darker and becomes blurry. Upon trying to move the window does not move however the quest marker will move across the screen as if I was turning my character. The only way to get it to stop is by turning off FSR completely. It does not work in the current build)

Expected result: (FSR to work) https://imgur.com/a/Y8ajtkU

Tried to see if exiting and changing the settings in menu solved the issue. I now have a black screen with the ability to move with FSR on. Updated the Imgur posts to reflect the the changes.

I could not repro the issue. Tested on Win 10, using a 3070 ti with latest drivers (same as yours).

Have you rebooted recently? I shutdown my PC every night, so fresh the next day.

I was having this same issue. It doesn't play well with the "dynamic scaling" option. If you turn off all dynamic scaling fsr can be used with no issue. It feels like better visuals with the fsr vs scaling. Have a go. My gpu is way better than my display so I can't tell which is giving me better fps though. my 7900xtx pushes consistent 101fps to my 101 display when set to dynamic scale with temporal AA or when scaling is off and set to fsr high. It seems to run cooler with fsr though.

Yes, I just discovered that fix. The recent update fixed the black screen issue for me but with Dynamic Scaling I was getting ghosting and low fps. I don't know if dynamic scaling will be an issue in the future but I would recommend the devs force Dynamic scaling to automatically disable itself and force the box to be untickable to solve any issues going forward for people that do not use this forum to fix it.

Please check also that sharpening slider seems to not work with FSR enabled, only with Temporal AA.

Is a must IMO, FSR can be very blurry by default. I had to add a sharpening filter via Reshade to look great
