mod slots based on item quality

Come on for crying out loud. A week and none of y'all replied to this guy yet? Like, no one.

 

I crafted a lvl6 AK47. Had 1 modslot on it. I was like... what. Since my lvl 2 AK47 also had 1 slot.

 

Crafted a second AK47 with again, ofc, lvl6: 4 mod slots.

 

So you stand correct; some items seem to have fixed modslot amounts per level, or something similar like that, AND some randomizer as well. I am not quite sure, because esp. withe firearms the system is very.... strange. Had a bunch of lvl4 and 5 Snipers and SMGs, and the modslots ALWAYS varied......

This behaviour has been brought up in several threads, didn't see this one though sorry. This has been logged as a bug, I haven't checked if it has been replied to yet. Many of us agree, this seems like odd behaviour and wonder if it could truly be intentional
