Offline SP mode

I'm sure this has been suggested before but I would love to see a SP mode that isn't dependent on the internet. mostly useful for those of us with little to no internet access or with data limits... yes, apparently those still exist up here in the mountains... thanks for your time. ^-^

I'm told but haven't verified that if you unplug your network cable then run offline mode in steam, you can run the game. I've had no reason to try it out though. As an aside, I spent a few weeks in some mountains using an ISP that metered the bandwidth to next to nothing after a mere 500 megs a day... even though I remember the early modem days, THESE days you rack up data w/o even knowing it, so I feel your pain.
