Wind and live environment

It would be cool if there was wind in the game that affects all entities including the player. Heavy wind could contribute to the body temperature and even push you. If running with the wind it would speed you up a little and against it would slow you down. It would be nice to see the grass, flower and trees blowing in the wind. Going abit more extreme, hurricanes, floods ect would be epic

I can't be entirely certain, but I thought higher windspeeds might have been included for cooling down/drying the character and movement of vegitation? Natural disasters, like in any other voxal game would be very unlikely if never to occur, might be possible as something for the modders to try and have a go at, in time.

 

For moving the player, in theory it'd be simpler - high winds pointing south, would make movement going north slightly slower and perhaps slightly faster going south.

 

Going further, though much less likely, would potentially effect projectiles such as arrows, thrown objects or even possible mechanical devices such as make-shift wind-mills, etc. It might also alter the 'smell' system if ever implemented.
