Sqvirrel
We should have a console command to enable or disable the bloodmoon horde/gamestate e.g. " bloodmoon <1|0> ". So an admin or addon could anytime start the bloodmoon with "bloodmoon 1", and let it stay as long as wanted, until deactivated with "bloodmoon 0". This could/would also be the core command which is used by the game mechanics to automatically enable the bloodmoon at the 7th day during normal play. By doing this, it would enable a whole new collection of action-packed mods with new challenges. Bloodmoon every night? No problem. Everlasting bloodmoon for the hardcore player? Yes Sir! So my humble question to the developers: Could this be implemented, and is it a fairly easy thing to implement? If this is something that is not worth looking into, I would be very grateful to hear from you why you think this is not a good idea. SylenThunder
There used to be a mod that allowed this, but hasn't worked since gamestages were introduced. Not sure if it's because author moved on, or because it's not possible any longer. If you run a dedicated server with Botman, there are some fun games/hordes you can fire off which are very close. Sqvirrel
Yeah, I think I read somewhere here on the forum that the bloodmoon horde/gamestate was hardcoded to only every 7th day. I will definitively take a look at Botman! Thank you.
