Greil Posted June 25, 2018 Share Posted June 25, 2018 I’ve been reading through and haven’t really found a solid answer, but are things going to be locked behind RNG books still? Mini bike for example, is this going to be locked behind a book still or is there actual progression towards making things? Only reason I ask is it becomes frustrating when you’re well past being able to make something but beholden to waiting for the book to randomly appear.
