Concrete Mixer; Wrench and others

Hi Fellow Gamers,

 

does anyone else have the problem that certain things in game do not work as they are supposed to?

 

For example: I've tried everything but I cannot build a concrete mixer or craft a wrench. The game simply does not give me the opportunity to do so. When I type these things into the search section it gives me no results. I already researched every necessary skill but still the game give me no option to craft either one of these things.

 

I hope you can help me.
