Help with formatting a trader in "Localization.txt" using a specific format.

How do I format “TraderMechanic_b,The Mechanic” in the "Localization.txt", if the format is "Key,Source,Context,Changes,English". Also, I understand that this isn’t the optimal format, but there are already hundreds of lines in the "Localization.txt" so I’m wondering how I can add this one line so that I don’t have to reformat the entire file. I can give additional information if necessary, I just don't know the specific formatting when it comes to a trader POI for this specific situation. Thanks.

If nothing has changed since a20, you can leave fields blank.

You need as many commas as there are fields.
