Hosting MP Game - Local Network Player Timing Out, Steam friend stays connected

I've been hosting a game via Steam for 8 in-game days now, all working fine. But I recently had a new player join, from my local network. Connecting via Steam wasn't working at all so we direct-connected to my local IP. Connecting and in-game just fine but after only a couple of minutes the local network player is timing out. My friend connected via Steam is staying connected, no issues.

Heres the whole log: https://pastebin.com/3v91Azjj

And here's where he's connecting and then getting disconnected:

Here's the player log https://pastebin.com/ctF3sRi0

The first disconnect was when we were using Steam, and it refused, I assume because he was connecting from the local network.

And then he connects via local IP and is disconnected.

"InvalidPassword" and "Network Timeout" both listed as reasons. What would InvalidPassword be, he enters the server password on connection and is able to play for a little over 5 minutes before disconnecting?

(I had logs excerpts posted here but kept getting blacklisted for spam)
