Why are my industrial lights randomly going extremely dim, turning a random color, and pulsating?

This keeps happening to industrial lightbulbs in my base. I don't use other kinds of lights, other than the spotlights which have been fine. Does something specific trigger this or is it a bug? None of the mods I have should be touching the lights, the closest thing is probably the generator mod, but there's no reference to anything else other than itself in the XMLs for that mod.

I see this all the time as well.  I am still on the original experimental save so I want sure if that was the cause so haven't reported it.  Are you on a clean save from stable?

I have this same issue.  Random blinking/dim/change color of player crafted/placed simple lights.  I've seen the same bug in some YouTube videos as well.  I'm on the most recent build of the game (b324)

Can confirm, A21.2 (B30) Industrial light turned brighter and green on day 112.

Yeah, you don't even have to reload.  Just go somewhere else in the game and return and they will usually have changed.  Of course, you might have other colors or other lights that are green.  But a reload won't prevent it from happening again either.
