Callum123456789 Posted May 18, 2023 Share Posted May 18, 2023 I've had this idea for a long time now and personally feel this would add a lot of replyability to the game aswell as more player choice, here are the following 2 rule sets as an example that change the game like a build your own game world type of setting. From the main menu the default rule set is non there could be a lot of different rule sets to be used and combined with the current in game settings to provide a player selected and exciting game world where it is tailored to how the player likes. The nomad: find more food in loot but ammunition is less common mining is less efficient but traders have more ammo for sale as well as more general stock in return. The survivor: enemy aggression is altered, zombie wondering hordes will be much more common and the sizes are bigger wasteland has more mines aswell as more debris to promote going on foot and lastly you will find less ammo food and general resources in loot but gain an additional 25% xp bonus for everything you do. I hope this sparks some interest to someone or the fun pimps as I haven't ever openly talked about this and to whomever reading let me know if this is something you would like to see In some way.
