Military Bunker broken

When attempting to do Anna quest at the military bunker the bottom floor of the lab is floating above the map.  Once I get through the poi to the bottom floor of the lab my character is teleported to the top of the map where i can see the last room of the lab but can't search anything and then i fall to the ground and die.  I have tried resetting this job many times but it always does the same thing.  This is on the medium 2 pep map.  I haven't seen anyone else mentioning this at all
