NullReferenceException at GameManager or green flicker

Hi, 

since Alpha 20 I've been having more and more problems with 7d2d, I don't know what to do anymore.

I tried to look for the problem, but couldn't find anything similar. I have deleted and reinstalled the game including all settings and saves more than 10 times. Nothing helped. Here is the last log file:

The gfx device doesn't matter, always the same result

Either the error message comes in the console, or this:

 

The result is always game crash

1: Darkness Falls needs an update to work with A20.4.

2: You have mods that are failing to load. Remove those.

3: Use Directx instead of GLCore.
