Summary: I can't create new profile, join game or start new game 

Game Version: A20.3 (b3)
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Windows
CPU Model: Intel i7 7700
System Memory: 16 GB
GPU Model and VRAM: nVidia GeForce GTX 1060  3GB
Screen Resolution: 2560 * 1440
Video Settings: low
Game mode: MP client 

EAC on or off? -- on 
Are you using any mods? -- No
Did you wipe old saves? -- Yes
Did you start a new game? -- Yes
Did you validate your files?  -- Yes

Status: NEW 

Bug Description:


I bought the game together with my wife. My wife hosted the game and after playing for less than an hour my game crashed. After my friend bought the game, my wife generated a new map and hosted a new game. My friend was able to join but I got an error when i joined. I tried to "Verify integrity of game files...", turn off Anti-cheat, delete the save files at "....\AppData\Roaming\7DaysToDie\Saves", uninstall and installed the game, start new game or create new character.

Detailed steps to reproduce the bug: 
1) Uninstall and reinstall 7DaysToDie
2) start new game, create a new profile or select predefined random profile

I would try a couple of things. First, create an exception in your antivirus software for the game folder and the saves folder. Turning off antivirus will not do the trick. Second, I'd 'clean' your install. Bring up the game launcher, select the Tools tab then check all boxes and hit clean. Once all that is done, verify your game files at least twice. Sometimes the first verify doesn't pick up a bad file. Try to play the game and if it still fails, post another log file. Let us know how it goes.
