A20 crash while loading game

I recently updated to Alpha20 b238 from Alpha 19 and I am having all kinds of crashing problems. When the EAC is turned on it will crash before the main menu has loaded. If I turn it off I can create/edit characters but it will crash while trying to load the game. Usually when it says it is 'building environment' for both navezgane and custom maps. I am not sure what to try next so any help would be appreciated. I have uploaded the output log here https://pastebin.com/ijGZnc0Q

OS Windows 7

CPU AMD-8350

GCard NVidia GTX 660

16GB Ram

 

So far I have tried

 

Updating the Graphic card drivers,

Verifying the installation files,

Deleting/reinstalling the game,

Reinstalling the EAC,

Deleting all save/map data and starting a new game,

Disabling Motion Blur

Opening the game with the different graphics option (GLCore, Vulkan, DirectX11),

Using the command line -force-feature-level–10–0

DX11 errors indicate that the GPU driver doesn't support DX11. Ensure that you are installing from Nvidia, and you should do a clean install.
