Without a log more information no one will be able to help you. For example by providing a logfile. I suggest deleting your mods folder, data folder and 7daystodiedata folder. then verify files in steam. it will redownload the vanilla files. Lastly make sure you have the correct version of DF. here's the link to the most current version.
