Skullfracture Posted July 20, 2020 Share Posted July 20, 2020 Got to location (fetch), couldn't find the rally marker. Exited out of the game then back in and it appeared behind the left outside corner of the wall (if you were facing the front of the restaurant) in a 1 block deep hole.
