However when examining the progression.xml file it is showing as <passive_effect name="BarteringBuying" operation="base_add" level="1,2,3,4,5" value="0.05,0.1,0.15,0.2,0.25"/> <passive_effect name="BarteringSelling" operation="base_add" level="1,2,3,4,5" value="0.05,0.1,0.15,0.2,0.25"/> Which means better barter 5 was only applying 25% boost. Had a friend check theirs and it was the same thing. Had asked in a couple of discord servers to see if others were seeing the same thing. Wanted to bring it up. I updated my xml file to .3 to reflect the better barter perk in game. However if it is something that wasn't updated properly it should be addressed in a future update.
