Enabled Mods page per Game

I wish I could turn individual mods on/off in the settings for a saved game.

 

Mods installed would show up in a list on a new Tab in the game settings.  The player can then turn them on or off to load or igonre them, with the default being to not load a mod.

 

Only mods enabled there would be loaded when starting the game.

 

The idea is that I may want to try use mods in one game, and not have the loot / containers of another game tainted by accidentally spawning in items that should not be there.
