How to blacklist items such as explosives from my server ?

Hello !

 

I have some troubles with explosives on my server, claims can be grieffed with tnt / explosives.

The dommage pass through the claim block protection.

Do devs know that ? How to blacklist these items ?

 

I will try to make a modlet with no damages but it will be more easy to simply blacklist it !

You sure it is easier to blacklist them? They can be bought, scavenged or crafted, so you would have to close of all three ways of getting them

 

If you instead edit the items themselves you just need to edit each one once.

 

Look for them in items.xml or blocks.xml. You can decrease or remove the block damage, decrease the explosion range or remove their explosiveness completely.

 

I think in A18 there is only tnt left with high block damage, all the other explosives are doing negilgable damage to blocks. But if that's still too much you need to look at explosive ammunition too.
