I was in cheat mode, just riding along, when my hand spazzed for a second so may have hit a key or two accidently but whatever I did, my view changed to this... https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/753719447936289316/1132CF1FD1061A2CA900E926A836C747329FAE3D/ A restart got things back to normal...but I really liked driving from that perspective actually.
