Server Option: Share Knowledge

Idea for a QoL option for servers, the ability to share perks with allies around you.

 

Example settings:

 

Share Knowledge;

None (default)

Crafting Recipes Only

Utility Perks Only (Such as Better Barter)

Non-Combat Perks (Crafting+Utility)

Share All Perks

 

Knowledge Share Range;

15 (Default) Same as Charismatic Perk I believe

Thought it'd be nice to be able to set it so that some things like steel smithing don't require the player who took the perk to have to do all the steel smithing for the party whenever it's needed.
