I try to buy it but it says "You must increase your attribute:intellect before purchasing this perk". Yet my intellect is 10/10 and can't be increased. Is this a bug, or is there something I'm not aware of that will increase my intellect cap? This perk is required to make a workbench, table saw and other goodies. A17 b240. But I restarted the server (I thought I did that) and now it's enabled....My character is currently level 28, so at this point I don't know if it was the server restart, or my leveling up one more level that did it.
