  1. Would be nice if crafting stations had some storage space, that it could pull from.. For the work bench maybe 18 slots of inventory, that it would pull from. This would let you store parts you use often in that workbench. Game would not have to figure out what's in range/ out of range. Just player inventory and workbench.
  2. Inventory management is a core part of survival games. I would like to see back packs as equippable items that would open up more slots, now with the drone giving up to 3 rows with the right mod, its not that hard to take an entire poi worth of loot.
  3. TLDR: Traders break game world immersion currently. Need an overhaul with more world integration through new quests and changes. So traders feel more real in the game world. Currently Traders break immersion, as they exist for the player, with no other purpose. Ways Traders currently break immersion. 1. Player is the only one they have to trade. There are no other survivor settlements. 2. Missions need more variety and Player interaction 3. Forcefield protecting them from harm /No active defense around trader 4. Magical resupply. World immersion: The first one could be addressed with new Poi that are like trade stations but have turrets and such defending them. With signs with a warning and loud speakers warning the player if they get to close. Can later be expanded when NPC’s are fully added to the game. Poi nearby should be striped, with 50-80% of the blocks removed.( New Poi type striped) As the settlement used them for resources. Later, the NPC vehicle travels to the trader every few days. Maybe a new type of truck with turrets and loud speakers to warn Player. Also don’t let the player loot from in front of the trader, the workstations and such fine but when you pick the lock on the gun safe right next to the trader watching you without saying anything breaks immersion. New Missions: The missions need to be broader. I would like to see a few additions to the types of missions. A New 2 way radio Item that the trader will give the player after trust level with the trader is higher. This will let the trader call in missions to the player/ give information to the player. 2-Radio Missions - Timed Missions player takes too long or if they ignore it they resolve themselves. Horde in Area Large Zombie horde sited in area X keep on the lookout.. Have 2-3 large groups of zombies wander through the area. The trader warns about. - Not really a mission but the player has the choice to go wipe out the horde. Scavengers from Settlement need Help Help scavengers from X Settlement as they are trapped at X poi and will not last through the day if you dont help them. This is a static defense mission with NPC’s boarded up in a POI fighting off a large horde of zombies. Trader under Attack Trader Request Help fending off a horde/ bandits later on , that is attacking trade station Search and Rescue? -Can be Radio or at Trade station. Look for a missing group from X settlement in area X. Players will be given a marker of the last position of a group of scavengers from X settlement. Player can find them holding up on the roof of a poi with a large zombie horde attacking, or the player can find the scavenger group wiped out, letting the player loot them. Medic! Man Down! -Can be Radio or at Trade station. Take medical supplies to Scavengers from X Settlement at X Poi, as they were badly wounded and ran out of supplies. ( Player goes to trader to pick up supplies) Then to Requested location. Traders Convoy Needs assistance! -Can be Radio or at Trade station. When NPC’s are more implemented a request to help the Trade supply Truck that is being overrun with zombies. Traders Supply truck broke down and needs Parts- Collect parts from trade station and go meet up with Trade convoy at X Location. Resource Quest: Trader needs resources, as Settlement has requested / Upgrade Trader’s Poi. Give us a reason to craft more vehicles. Lvl 1, Raw Resources - will be for Iron scrap, lead, coal, wood, clay, stone, cloth. ect.. And would be limited to 500 per level of mission. Requests would be for 1-3 of types. Lvl 2. Would add Iron ingots, short pipes, glue, wood spikes, cobblestone, Feathers, leather iron arrows/bolts, Bandages, Ect. Lvl 3. Would add raw food ingredients farmable only. Steal ingots, gun powder, shell casings, bullet tips, 1-3 Bicycles, 20-100 medical bandages. Lvl 4. Would add products, such as x number of guns of x type, 100 - 500 ammo of X type. 1-5 work benches/ forges / chem stations. Motorcycles. Adds meet for request 100-500, med kits. Lvl 5. Add High end, Truck or gyrocopter.. Trade Station making it feel alive. Get rid of the forcefield, add turrets to the trade stations. After horde night have a few dead zombies around the trade station, when the player gets near. So it looks like the Trade station is part of the world. Have resupply convoys/ trucks travel to the trade stations to resupply. Should be a new armored vehicle with turrets, and loud speaker to warn players not to get too close. Players can attack and loot it, but will then be barred from the trade stations( Will be attacked on site by turrets) On multiplayer server new Bounty missions to kill and destroy players base. Add a garage door at all trade stations that connects to the road for resupply trucks to enter. Return Workstations to Traders, but have them in a locked section that can only be unlocked by meeting quest requirements.
