  1. Anyone else finding pine forests to be a super rare biome? I know there's the winter pine forests but I've only seen one small patch of actual pine forest pines in so many biomes.
  2. I knew you'd say that. Honestly I'm a Cataclysm player, I believe in enjoyable losing, but there's a difference between a good challenging experience (what I was enjoying previously) and just making everything unenjoyable because of the threat of losing literally everything you've worked for in often literally unavoidable circumstances (night 3 GPSing burning zombies). There's a reason Rogue-likes and perma death games are usually short quickly finishable games; "lose 50 hours of skill-grinding and work" isn't an attractive feature. Just something to consider. Either way I love this mod and will adapt to the harsh changes.
  3. Okay, excuse me for venting here but I'm a little frustrated with this mod, I'm going to be a little critical. I finally got around to putting some hours into a save on the latest version, previously I was really enjoying the A15 version of True Survival, what I'm playing now feels like a far more difficult version of that mod. Enemies feel more tanky, lots of daytime runners and soldier zombies, boars are common and a death sentence for anyone without a ranged weapon, the 'dead-is-dead' feature is really harsh, I used to die a LOT back in my A15 save, I think I had above 30 deaths before day 40. I'm down to 35 wellness on day 3 I actually had to cheat some vitamins in because I didn't want to lose my character. Honestly this mod is brilliant however I wish the permadeath feature was something I could opt-out of, I really much prefer not having to worry about losing hard-earned skills because I wasn't quite cautious enough of my surroundings at all times.
  4. Anyone else dealing with being attacked by random things (Vultures, Bandits) within a minute of spawning into a fresh world? Had to run away from things attacking me a few times now. Also, does fireman class no longer come with a fireaxe?
  5. Maybe I'm just that bad, but I died between 20 and 30 times by the time I had reached iron tool making in my last playthough.
  6. I like the idea but wouldn't a broken arm mean no wood cutting, mining, or digging? If so, not a fan of that. I do like that it would give more utility to lesser one-handed weapons and promote carrying backup weapons.
  7. Been enjoying this mod for a few days now after coming back from a long 7dtd hiatus. One thing I would love to see in the future, if at all possible, is for the custom work stations to have their own custom models.
  8. I'm so mad that my PSU is fried right now, because if it weren't I would be playing the absolute ♥♥♥♥ out of this mod right now. FlowerChild (the creator of such mods as Minecraft's Better Than Wolves) made a similar, albeit much simpler, hardcore survival mod a few years ago and I loved it to death, sadly he decided that the mod was no longer necessary as the vanilla game's difficulty had reached about the same as the mod's, though I disagree. Keep up the awesome work, mate!
