Pipoca

Hi everyone! I'm playing A21 DF and have a bit of an issue with game progress. I've accidentally cancelled the find Razors compound quest for the scout, I have found the compound, talked to Razor, but he wont give me his 1st job. I kept doing jobs for the scout and got to tier 3 but it is still not triggering the find razor job. Every scout I've found so far in the map is locked like that. Is my playthrough doomed? any way to come back from this? Big fan of DF, thanks Khaine for a great mod.
