Found most of what I wanted using "find in files" in notepad++. There is no single file that directly explains everything so it's the most convinient option.

Is there some files i can check to figure out what exactly changed from Warrior to Survivor difficulty? And also how the game stage/loot bonus is calculated in this mod?
