  1. Any weapon can be OP if you top out all of its perks. Stun baton actually needs a bit of extra work that the other melee weapons don't.
  2. Like a human zombie? Nice! My buddy and I did see a pair of direwolves in the forest today chasing down a wolf. My buddy peeled one off, but the other one got to the wolf. Ah well, free meat and red bags!
  3. I did see a wolf chasing a deer the other day, so predator animals, at least wolves, do go after non-predators still. Wasn't something I was expecting to see, but damn was it cool.
  4. I could, but I'm thinking like, if I'm crouching outside of a room, maybe I want to make the room dark to make sneaking a little easier.
  5. I'm not sure how this might be accomplished, but it'd be cool if players could shoot out lights, like many other games allow you to do. I know technically you can in 7DTD, but that's a lot of bullets. Just one to take out a lightbulb would be nice.

  7. So at the start of the game, you can't really jump while crouched. Well, it's more of a pathetic hop. But I've noticed for a few Alphas now, eventually, with NO points in Parkour, you can jump the height of 1 block while crouched. Does anyone know what governs this? It's not related to any game mods, because I was able to do it in a vanilla game.

  9. Does anyone know, does map data contain a listing of player spawn points when a new player joins, and can this data be changed? A friend of mine was wondering if it was possible, he wants to do a challenge on our next map where he spawns in a random (potentially non-Forest) biome and tries to survive there like normal.
  10. I'm not really considering a safehouse to be 24/7 safe (TFP don't want our characters being safe at all lol), rather a place you can stop by and use vending machines, craft, talk to npcs for jobs or whatnot.
  11. If I had to guess, it's probably going to end up being the Duke's casino or Noah's compound. I doubt it's going to be the traders, since their compounds kick players out at night. Not much of a safehouse if you can't use it when you need to.
  12. One of the kickstarter goals they reached was NPC-controlled safe houses, though. Still waiting to hear anything about that.
  13. Sprains feel kind of pointless, but even Abiotic Factor uses them. Not a huge deal for me, as annoying as they are. What does need to go though, is spraining/breaking my arm when a zombie hits me in the leg, or sprains/breaks my leg when hitting me in the torso. That was supposed to have been fixed a few years ago and it still happens on occasion.
  14. I'll admit to a bit of hyperbole there - It likely wasn't lighting the campfire that did it of course rather it ended being the last drop in the bucket, so to speak.
