Bug Description:
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Find a large body of water
2) Walk into it until you hear sloshing sounds
3) Place down a vehicle and ride away on it from the water
4) Ride a decent distance away
5) Dismount vehicle
Actual result: Water sfx briefly plays as if the player is still wading through water

Expected result: Not sure if water sound should still be playing, especially when the player could be far away from the water source when dismounting
