Bug Description: Rain falls through glass panels in the roof of Zelekt (restaurant_01) and continues to fall through bulletproof glass blocks in the 1st floor and down into the wine cellar.
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Entered the POI and then went to the wine cellar.
2) Used the console to enable rain (weather rain 1)
3)
Actual result: Rain FX seem to be ignoring glass panels and bulletproof glass blocks in the POI.
Expected result: At minimum, no rain should be falling through the bulletproof glass blocks because there are none missing from the 1st floor of restaurant_01. Rain coming through to holes in the regular-glass skylight is understandable, but the rain falls through the undamaged panels of the skylight. Rain appears to fall all the way into the wine cellar when none should be appearing in that volume if the bulletproof glass blocks of the 1st floor are intact.
