Bug Description: POI - The Owens Residence - Activating Tier 1 Fetch - Building dismantled - Unable to complete
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Activate Quest exclamation
2) POI falls apart
3) Unable to complete the quest
4) Cancel Quest
Actual result: Quest Crashes, POI crumbles leaving bits floating in mid air.
