Summary: I originally heard the issue from @Beelzybub. After some experimenting it appears that placing down a dart trap, moving about 1km away and then coming back will result in a "Targeting" UI to appear when interacting with the trap. I did not have any luck reproducing in SP but I could reproduce this in MP.

Bug Description:
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Log into a MP server
2) Place down a dart trap
3) Interact with trap, observe only "Ammo" option is available
4) Move 1km away and then back to the area
5) Interact with trap again
Note: Make sure you are not holding a wire tool as this seems to prevent the issue from happening
Actual result: A new section for "Targeting" appears in the UI
