Bug Description: Activating quest at poi store_laundry_01 reset adjacent poi body_shop_01.

Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:

    1) Play on multiplayer server and head to quest location poi store_laundry_01.
    2) Jump onto the fence and kill the two zombie dogs in adjacent poi body_shop_01 that has already been damaged by other players on an multiplayer server.
    3) Turn back to quest location and activate quest at poi store_laundry_01.
    4) Note that the previously damaged parts of body_shop_01 has been reset to original repaired blocks and the zombie dogs have respawned.

Actual result: Upon heading to quest location of store_laundry_01 and killing two zombie dogs at the previously damaged poi of body_shop_01. Activating my quest somehow reset the adjacent poi.

Expected result: Quest location to not reset the adjacent poi?

Ok. I'll try and see if the server host can get me those tile names.

dont need server hosts to do that, just go to the poi... then step back to where you are on the street and hit the F11 which will do a DBS screen shot and have the tile name already in it. same as it would if you stand on the poi and do the F11.
