Summary: At house_old_modular_06 (cook's residence), I tried cleaning up the rubble on the Northeast corner of the house and rebuilding it. There is a small raised area in the dirt that won't flatten, and I cannot place 2 blocks directly below the Northeast edge of the roof, 2 and 3 blocks above ground level. Blocks are able to be placed normally at ground level, and 4 blocks above ground level.

Bug Description:
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1)Remove rubble from NE corner of house.
2)Attempt to place wood building blocks to rebuild NE roof support to match original poi look.

Actual result: Unable to place blocks 2 and 3 blocks above ground level, directly below NE edge of roof.
Expected result: Blocks should be able to be placed there normally as it is unobstructed.
