Bug Description:
This is an XML-only report, and might not be a bug. Claw Hammer and Nailgun have all their perk-related stats (degradation, damage, etc) tied to perkMiner69r, but Handy Land, the repair tools crafting skill magazine, has increased chance tied to perkAdvancedEngineering. There's no mention of claw hammer or nailgun on Miner 69r, though it does enumerate all other tools.
