    Bug Description:

Shift+R to get to the building block shape selection seems to toggle "auto run" -- any movement after exiting the shape selection is at a run (i.e. as if I'm holding shift).

Pressing the shift key disables running.

This started with 1.0 but it took me a while to figure out the trigger event.

Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:

    1) Put some building blocks in the hot bar
    2) Select the slot
    3) Press SHIFT+R to get to the shape selection
    4) Exit (ESC)
    5) Move

Actual result: you are running and stamina is decreased

    Expected result: Moving normally
