Pink screen on startup

The last version I played was 13.1 and things were running just fine for me.

 

Now, with 13.3 installed, when I start the game the entire screen is pink.

 

I know that points to a graphics issue, so I made sure that my integrated Intel driver and nVidia GTX860M driver are updated (this is a Lenovo laptop). I tried both the Lenovo-recommended drivers from their support site and the appropriate Intel and nVidia drivers from their respective sites for my hardware and I'm getting the same thing (pink screen when I start the game).

 

To eliminate a version issue, how do I revert to an earlier version of 7DtD?
