I keep breaking horde night

This type of thing has happened several times, and I'm wondering if there's a work around? It was the first horde night, and I was using pipe bombs. I blew myself up twice, so I turned spawn off until morning. Even though spawn was on, and everything else was as it should be, no horde night on night 14 or 21, or any other night. I ended up restarting.

Hmm, A21 and earlier had a mechanic where if you died, the horde would stop. I think that is still in game, so you shouldn't need to turn spawns off manually. After a death, your horde would restart only if you attacked another zed (a sleeper, since biome spawns would've been off for the horde as well.)

 

Other than that, it does sound like a bug; maybe it might correct itself with attacking a sleeper on the next horde night, sort of to toggle that switch again. But a bug report might be in order...
