future 7 Days to Die after release v1.0 ???

Recommended Posts

Dear developers, your project is brilliant - combining survival in a zombie apocalypse with the full ability to change the environment through construction is the dream of many boys from childhood, I don’t know of any project who proposed such an idea, but the game is now not taken seriously by the community that was not previously familiar with it.

I hope that after the release of v1.0 the development of the game will go faster and I would like to suggest paying attention to the success of Rust. Their game is also made on the Unity engine and has a large community, but they move in a different genre.

Borrow from them those mechanics that thousands of people have already loved, for example, improved generation of the world and landscape (Running between cities, you notice only an empty landscape stretching to the horizon, and a “forest” that can hardly be called such, but rather models of trees stuck into the ground. I'm not talking about there being more buildings outside the city, at least the nature would be pleasant for traveling and wouldn't get boring after a couple of hours), improved shooting mechanics and sounds, smoother character movement and much more. I saw the update map for 2025 and it’s cool that so much is planned to be added, but I hope that in the near future the game will actually become a competitor to Rust or even become better than it at all. I consider these to be the main points that will attract attention of new players and take the game to a new level. With best wishes from Siberia players!

This game won't be changing significantly at this point.  It's almost a finished game.  Maybe their next game will be what you're wanting but I wouldn't expect much change in this one.  Basically, what's on the road map is all there is (for the most part).  Some DLC will be added after that but DLC don't generally change a game to the extent you are suggesting.

You got a great basic game which is good foundation for potential future mod packs. Modders are already doing great stuff as it is only expecting even more in future.
Pimps can't please everyone's taste and desires, but as you wrote yourself they did meet many of them.

Minecraft basic game is also lacking compared to modded Minecraft, bud modded community made the game what it is, still after so many years later.

And I also wish they would add something to wilderness experience which is currently dead space with trees, like maybe random encounters, special quest locations etc.,  or you could only mine in hilly areas as such- in old Alphas you had to travel between biomes to mine specific ores, but than again what ever they do there will be players who wants it differently or doesnt like the additions.
