Incorrect behavior of the "Fore Grip Mod" modification

Step 1: Take any weapon suitable for installing the “Fore Grip” modification. For greater clarity, I recommend installing any "Scope" modification in advance with the highest possible magnification.

Step 2: Shoot while aiming.

Step 3: Install "Fore Grip" modification

Step 4: Fire this weapon again while aiming

 

Expected Result: The "Fore Grip" modification does not provide any improvement in aiming mode

Actual result: Installing the "Fore Grip" modification increases accuracy and handling in aiming mode.

Note: Based on the description of the “Fore Grip” and “Bipod” modifications, I assume that the function of accuracy and handling in aiming mode, which the “Fore Grip” modification has, should be available in the “Bipod”, but the installation “Bipod” modification does not give any effect.
