Reset Trader Chunk and Chunk Outside Trader

So I have an issue where there's damage to the ground right outside the trader on a dedicated server I ran that I'd like to reset, but it wont let me.

 

When I try the CR console command on the chunk outside the trader I get: Waiting for lock releaseDataReplaceData.

 

When doing CR in the trade/next to trader yields nothing.

 

Any help would be super appreciated.

I've had this exact same issue, and I gave up before I was able to find a usable solution to this problem.

As in:  Everything that could change the landscape was extreme and could make things worse.

 

I'm not saying there's no solution, but I am saying be prepared to hear answers that might not be suitable to fix a very local problem.
