Tazersquad55 Posted July 8, 2022 Share Posted July 8, 2022 Hi all, It seems to me that the hz of the dedicated server is capped at 20hz and that is leading to a lot of lagging of everything. I'm having great difficulty finding where you can alter this value. I found a forum post that stated settargetfps is the thing I need to change but I cant locate it in the xmls. I'm vaguely new to running servers, so I'd appreciate the help. Thanks. The command for increasing server tick rate, response time and reducing server desync is " settargetfps ". Try "help settargetfps" in console, but a reasonable number should look like "settargetfps 60", "settargetfps 124". Game default is 20, which sucks.
