Found it, needed to open a PuTTY Telnet session with the server to input the command.

Hi all, It seems to me that the hz of the dedicated server is capped at 20hz and that is leading to a lot of lagging of everything. I'm having great difficulty finding where you can alter this value. I found a forum post that stated settargetfps is the thing I need to change but I cant locate it in the xmls. I'm vaguely new to running servers, so I'd appreciate the help. Thanks.
